Conquering Picky Eating is a personalized coaching program that will help your child learn to comfortably and confidently eat a variety of new foods.
It is designed for very selective eaters on the severe or extreme end of the picky eating spectrum who have extremely limited diets and strong aversions to trying new foods – someone you might describe as a problem eater, food phobic, fearful, anxious, avoidant, or averse.
If you’ve unsuccessfully tried using cute toothpicks and cutting food in fun shapes and are tired of watching your child struggle, you’re in the right place.
Unlike many other picky eating programs, Conquering Picky Eating uses an individualized child-led and fun sensory-based approach to inspire your child’s feelings of confidence and competence to try new foods.
